Orders are considered as final after check out. Any changes to the order must be made within 12 hours after order was made, or after delivery (DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ODER AT CHECKOUT!!!)

Return Policy:

One Month Unconditional Guarantee

  • Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase except underwear, socks, hats and beanies.
  • New items can be returned for full refund minus shipping.
  • When returning products they must be in the condition you received them in and the original box and / or packaging, failure to do so will result in nonrefundable items.
  • For refunds on new and unopened items, refund will be issued to the payment method that was used to pay for the item(s).
  • For used items, a store credit will be issued to the email used in the order.
  • It will take approximately 5 business days after the package has been received by our warehouse for your return to be processed.

A confirmation email will be sent when the return is processed.

  • To all U.S customers please be advised that we will no longer be accepting any returns to our Canadian location. The only acceptable way for return is to the US location as it provides ease for US based customers.
