  • Zero Shaft Offset
The A1 Heavy Putter is 100% CNC milled from a forged billet. This face-balanced blade putter has a center shaft hosel configuration with no offset and is the blade version of the B1 Mallet shown in the video above.

The head weighs 475 grams (including the pre-installed stainless steel tip weights) and there is a 250 gram counter balance weight in the grip end of the shaft that creates a balance point 75% higher up the shaft than a conventional putter. The tip weight kit (included, see Accessories) raises or lowers the head weight by 25 grams (up to 500g or down to 450g).

The head weight of 475 grams is comprised of a 430 gram head with two stainless steel tip weights of 22.5 grams each pre-installed. The tip weight kit contains two 35 gram copper-tungsten weights and two 10 gram aluminum weights.

The A1 features a True Temper shaft and Golf Pride Pro-Velvet rubber grip with a flat front and a pistol back.

Heavier Mass: The Heavy Putter's overall weight engages the body's larger stable muscles, resulting in a more consistent pendulum stroke.

Core Center of Gravity: The Heavy Putter's center of gravity is closer to the human body's core CG, resulting in greater stroke stability.

Higher Center of Gravity: The Heavy Putter's higher center of gravity reduces force on the wrists.

With a head mass just a few grams heavier than a conventional club, our Heavy Clubs get their name from the addition of the tour proven back weighting system found in every club we produce.

The 37% higher balance point produced by the back weighting system leads to improved body mechanics affecting the swing's plane, tempo, transition, impact and balance providing higher accuracy and control.

My only putter for the last decade

I bought the A1-M back in the day when it was a brand new product. It was the best putter back then for helping me with my overactive hands and yips. When I saw these putters were available again I jumped on the tour and have been using it over the last week. I like it better than the original A1-M. The head is not quite a "clunky" looking at set up as the A1-M and there is a different feel and sound on contact. A slightly more responsive release off the head, not as dead feeling off the face as the A1-M and in a good way The sound is also better, at least for me. A more definitive "ping" sound off the face which I prefer compared to more muted sound off the cast head A1-M. I highly recommend this putter and urge anyone to buy it up now before they are gone forever. Golfanything was awesome. Putter showed up within a week or so just as ordered. Very happy with the putter and service from Golfanything.
